POLICY REMINDERS

SPECIAL ORDERS
Please note that any products in the manufacturer’s catalog that are not listed in our price list are items we do not stock. We are always willing to place special orders for our customers, however, only with the understanding that such merchandise ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY CANNOT BE RETURNED TO US.

DRILLED BOWLING BALLS
The drilled prices on ALL bowling balls will include an additional charge of $10.00 per ball (except House Balls). If measuring is required, there will be a service charge of $25.00.

RETURNS
Merchandise returned must be in the original boxes, as well as in brand new condition. The original box is imperative as all items in our warehouse are bar-coded for inventory purposes. Credit for merchandise returned will be issues at the purchase price less $1.00 per item on all balls, bags, shoes and machine parts. There will be no other restocking fees.

DAMAGED GOODS
Any merchandise purchased from Bowlers’ Supply, Inc. which is obviously defective, may be returned for replacement only, as long as merchandise is still available. If there is any question as to whether an item is actually defective, or whether it has been abused, the merchandise must be examined by the manufacturer before replacement will be issued. We hope that you understand that this is a manufacturers’ policy, which we must continue to abide by. Returned machine parts must include date and nature of defect.

PROMPT PAYMENT PRICES
The prompt payment column on our price list shows net cost of each item purchased should you choose to take advantage of our prompt payment terms by paying the balance on your account in full by the 10th of each month. To qualify for the 5% prompt payment discount, all checks must be postmarked no later than the 10th of the month. Please note that this discount is not applicable on any overdue account balance.

LATE CHARGES
A 2% per month finance charge will be applied to any account balance overdue by 30 days or more at the end of each month.

PRODUCT RELEASE DATES
Merchandise cannot ship before  the official World Wide Release Date.
